Support for the path you didn’t expect
When the journey to parenthood doesn’t go as planned, it can leave you feeling unsettled, uncertain, or unlike yourself. Painful emotions often surface when the life you longed for feels out of reach.
You don’t have to navigate this alone
Hi, I’m Leila Zwelling, LCSW, PMH-C
I’m a certified perinatal mental health therapist dedicated to helping women throughout the reproductive years and beyond. My specialties include fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, single & childless not by choice, nontraditional paths to parenthood, and pregnancy after infertility or loss. I also support women throughout the lifespan healing from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, health challenges, and trauma.
With more than 20 years of experience, advanced training in evidence-based therapies, and insight shaped by both professional work and personal understanding, I’m here to support you with knowledge and care. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive of all identities, relationship structures, and paths to or away from parenthood.
Therapy with me offers space to be honest about what hurts, without pressure to “stay positive” or justify how you feel. Together, we’ll explore what you’re holding and begin reconnecting with your sense of self, meaning, and purpose. We’ll make room for what’s true now—and what’s still possible.
Wherever you are on your journey—trying, grieving, questioning, or rebuilding—I’m here to meet you with empathy and expertise.
